For shippers all the services are FREE of charge. You can use the search engine to find carriers who best matched your request, you can request quotations from carriers (max 3 sollicited carriers for one quotation request), and you can make booking as often as you need.

For carriers, the use of the services requires you to own some credits.
To give you the opportunity to discover all the benefits of the marketplace we offer you the first 50 credits FREE. If you are satisfied you can credit your account by buying credits with the Paypal payment system (see below for explanations).

Penalty for not responding to quotation request When you receive one quotation request, you need to respond to the shipper. Even to deny the quotation but you need to inform the shipper what you decided to do.	-10
Restitution of penalty As soon as you choose to reply the quotation, to decline the quotation or to transfer the request to another member, your penalty will be given back to you.	+10
